GENERAL POLICY

Reservation Policy:

We advise you to make advanced reservations, particularly on weekend. For first time visit, please allow up to 10 minutes at the beginning of your appointment for dog checking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Appreciate 24 hours notice and 72 hours notice for Pawz Suites.

 

Salon & Spa Policies:

For health and safety of your dog, below must be current in the following vaccinations and screenings:

-  Vaccinations: Distemper, Parvo, Coronavirus, Rabies, Bordetella.

-  Advanced notification if dog has flea and/or tick.

-  Health check from vet to certify dog’s health, or we can refer to our preffered vet.

 

Check in and Check out time:

Our suites are open from 09:00am – 17:00pm,

Please feel free to check in and check out during operation hours.

 

Other conditions:

Please inform us if your dog has special conditions (eg. Introvert, aggressive, etc).
